Return & Replacement Window

  • Returns or replacements are accepted within 14 days of purchase for unused products in their original packaging.
  • Manufacturing defects can be reported anytime within the warranty period (12 months).

Conditions

  • The product must be in its original condition with all accessories.
  • Original invoice or proof of purchase is required.
  • Opened packages may not be eligible for return unless due to a manufacturing defect.

Refund Cases

Refunds are accepted in the following cases:

  • Major manufacturing defects that cannot be repaired.
  • Unavailability of spare parts or replacement product.
  • Order cancellation within 14 days under the allowed conditions.
  • Unjustified delay in delivery.

Refund Processing Time

  • Decision review: 3–7 business days after receiving the returned product.
  • Refund processing: 3–5 business days after approval.
  • Bank processing:
    • Local transfer: 3–8 business days.
    • Credit card or online payment: 7–14 business days.

Replacement Shipping

Replacements are shipped within 5–9 business days after approval.
